Investment Notification
In order for us to track your investment with the Fund House on your behalf and ensure that correct allocations and commissions are applied, would you please be kind enough to notify us by way of the GWMS Investment Notification Form link below.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your investment details have been received in order.
We will continue to update you once the Fund House has received your investment and when any commission is due to be paid.

Instructions
- Download and open the link in Adobe Acrobat Reader. If the PDF automatically opens by default in your browser then you will need to save the PDF and open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free, here.
- Please add the investment details to the boxes provided. Once you have selected the Fund (Class/Currency) from the drop-down list, it will auto-fill the ISIN code box.
- Please enter one investment per line.
- For any commissions, please enter these in the initial & trail boxes. If you would like to process a rebate, please state this in the ‘Notes’ section.
